Running, lifting, biking, chasing your kids—your life is active, and you want to keep it that way. But something keeps popping up. Your knee on descents, your hip after longer efforts, your shoulder when things get heavier, your back after long days on your feet. So you adjust. You work around it. Sometimes you push through it. And for a while, that works… until it doesn’t.
